• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  The critters want you to be happy with your purchase, and decisions regarding exchanges and refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me immediately upon receipt of your package, and I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. The initial cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are these items ok to give to young children?

  Cultured Critter Collective custom vinyl toys are handmade art "collectibles," and are really meant for those who are at least 15 years of age and older, as some of the pieces are extremely fragile and include small and sometimes sharp parts (possible choking hazards). It is my policy to use non-toxic materials whenever possible, including acrylic inks and paints, plastic polymer clay, ceramic clay and glazes. Items at the Cultured Critter are created and stored in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
