• Where does this store ship from?

  The Headquarters in the Merry North East of England!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to be 100% happy with your orders so please get straight in touch with us if you are not happy in any way. All of our items are handmade, therefore please allow for some variations of the actual item from the photograph on the listing - differences allow beauty and no item is an exact replication of another. We are happy to send photographs of any finished item/s to you at your request before dispatch. To avoid disappointment, please read each listing carefully. All of our items are handmade and are checked thoroughly for any flaws which are described elaborately in all of our listings. If you have any further questions or need specific pictures, please do not hesitate to ask!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship anywhere in the world!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most of our products are made to order and have a process time of 2-5 business days. You will be notified once your item is in the Post! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  I love custom orders! Whether it's a different bead colour and lettering to a bracelet or a different font and colour on a T-shirt, it's completely customisable. Drop me a message with your ideas!

• I like this T-shirt design but I want it on a T-shirt / Fitted long or short sleeve

  No problem! All of our designs are available on either a Unisex tee or a Ladies fitted top. Again, just drop us a message :)
