• Where does this store ship from?

  All Rock Soap Opera merchandise is shipped from our lovely HQ in <strong>London, UK</strong>

• I'm not American. Why is everything in dollars?

  Whilst we're British, as are many of our customers, to make it clearer for international buyers, all items and shipping costs are in US dollars. This does not in any way impact international purchases, and we ship anywhere in the world. Remember UK folk, prices in dollars mean your merchandise will be much cheaper!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship to ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping. Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling. To submit a return, please use the "Contact Us" link on the storefront, select "Submit reason for return" from the drop-down menu and fill out the form.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes, thought this depends on your shipping country. Contact us for more info.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
