• Comforting Military Families One Furry Friend At A Time

  We "deploy" Build-A-Bear Workshop teddy bears to military children. A portion of all sales from product in our store go to off-set postage costs and other costs associated with "deploying" teddy bears.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No. At this point in time we only ship to the United States.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Newark, New York

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If a product is damaged in shipping please notify us via email and we will determine exchange on a individual basis.
