Is Storenvy being picked up by the search engines?

Just wondering what type of promotion services Storenvy is doing and are our stores added to the search engines automatically? I haven't actually made a sale here yet and I'm wondering if there is anything in place promotion wise to help us do that? or is it all on us to do our own promotions? I mean I promote like crazy and I'm still not getting anything.

    I know your store is automatically put in google, well you have a page on the internet so it is picked up when you search for it. I believe you have to do the promoting yourself through facebook, twitter, on business cards... whatever you can do to let people you know you have a store on here is what you have to do! google your store name.

    ok thanks Yumeyz. I did a general search for note cards and my artfire store comes up but the storenvy store did not. I'll check for my actual name.

    Yumeyz,
    You can do a Google search for "submit my site to Google". This will give you a place where you can enter your address for your Storenvy site. I think it will be found by Google eventually, but this mat get it started sooner. You can do this for yahoo, bing, etc, as well.
