Ok, so this is my third attempt now to resolve this situation! Ughhh!!!! Customers are telling me that their order won't go through PayPal!!! HELP PLEASE! Storenvy hasn't responded to any of my emails :(
Make sure you are a verified paypal account holder. I wasn't at first so I had to log into my paypal and manually accept the payment. Once you're verified, it's automatic.
Hi swaccessorize! I had this happen to me a couple of times, though I'm not sure about the specifics of your problem. In my case an order timed out when my customer was sure she made it through the checkout process- she tried again after awhile and it went through fine. I had another problem with a customer who couldn't add things to his cart, and in that case, I sent him a request for money through PayPal which worked out fine. And, what mauworks said! :)
