My Inventory Keeps Changing... on its own! WTF

For the past two months or so my inventory will randomally change on its own. I'll have an items thats been Sold Out for weeks and out of the blueit will show 5 in stock. I have people placing orders for things that I no longer have. Has this happened to anyone else. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise

    Yikes! Hope you figure it out soon. I'm new with only one item listed so I can't help you out, but hopefully someone can.

    dang! That's not good. Can you delete the items sold out? That would stop that from happening! Of course it would be annoying if you want to relist and have to add the item all over again.

    EXACTLY! I hide some items when they sell out but some I leave there just so people will have a feel for the type of products I sell. That just grinds my gears! Now I have to watch everyday to make sure things arent changing on their own.

    that issue needs to be resolved. When you business starts booming you're not going to have time to do that. You have to have a system that's reliable. Have you contacted Admin?

    No I havent contacted them yet. Its not the frist time its happened. thats my next step.
