I sold something and the payment isn't showing up......

Hi! I sold a few items (I'm positive I've sold because the buyer was a friend of mine) and they're not showing up as a recent sale but the items are showing "sold out". She said that on her end, she sees , "waiting for approval from merchant" or something like that. I'm not really sure what to do because there aren't any payments showing up on my end but I think that she's been charged through PayPal. Can anyone tell me if they've dealt with payment taking longer with some CC companies?

  That's kind of what happened to me. I got a Paypal email but no storenvy email. The funds added to my account and everything.

  I didn't even get a paypal notification. Kind of a annoying. That's great that the funds added to your account, though. It's weird to say that you're expecting money when the other person says that it's showing paid on their end, you know? Ugh. Ok, well, good luck to you. :)

  Is it pending? Check your orders tab.

  hmm that is weird. usually if people didnt pay right away, it would go to pending. Try just asking the person that bought them.

  Usually that happens when I have to accept the payment. :/ I'm guessing you didn't have to accept?
