I just had someone pay with an eCheck but there order isn't showing up on my dashboard, has anyone else had this issue?

Is the payment showing up in PayPal?

Let me know how that works out. Everytime I've gotten an eCheck in paypal it takes forever to clear.
Oh sorry to answer the question I've never gotten an eCheck through Storenvy. That was always with BigCartel before these stores launched.
just had the same thing happen, did you eventually get the order info to show up in the dashboard when the echeck cleared?
The order info will show up on your dashboard when the payment clears, usually in about 5-7 business days.
I actually like the way it's set up because this way if the payment doesn't clear, I never have to deal with it, the items just go back into my inventory and the order is canceled. Very convenient.
PS- It's best to wait until the payment does clear before you go shipping the order. Just in case.

A payment went through paypal a few days ago via echeck and I had no idea what it was for. I emailed the person and they said they purchased something on my store. After realizing I had no mailing address for this person I emailed them again and it dawned on me I should check the forums for an explanation.
