need help with shipping rates and putting store in alphabetical order

can anyone help me out with shipping rates for us and world for cds/7"/lps/posters/shirts/sweatshirts/ect. i have lost a good amount of money in the past on shipping rates. also how do you put your items in alphabetical order in your store?

You just drag and drop the items into whatever order you want in your product list. As for shipping, you can use the post office site to check prices on the weight or size. I ship parcel post or first class and popcorn sized packages are online $2.50.
