I cannot seem to remove the large black banner-like strip across the top of my shop with all the color selections.

I have uploaded by own banner, which is a great fit , but that black color select seems to want to stay put.

Any ideas???

    Sounds like that big black banner that you are talking about is actually the design bar and is actually not visible to anyone viewing your shop. That can be turned off and in the DESIGN TAB, on the left hand side, design bar off/on.
