Shipping Rate Question

If we want to have our shipping rates go from $2 for up to 30 cards, $3 up to 40, $4 up to 50 and so on....does anyone know how we set that up on our store admin? I'm not sure if adding a cost under additional items is what we're looking for.

    Shoot! That didn't really help. We're looking for a way to increase the shipping rate with each additional 10 items, not each additional one. If there's a video on that, let us know! Thanks!
