Hi there! Just wondering if Storenvy sends shipping notification emails after the order has been marked as shipped? Do we send them ourselves? Thank you!!
I sure hope so. I like to keep my customers informed on the status of their package. I know I like to keep track of all my orders....maybe it is my delivery mind kicking in? ;] {former UPS and FedEx delivery driver here}
Unfortunately right now it does not send an automatic notification to your customer, you must manually do so.
That being said this is something we are absolutely going to add to the site. Anything that makes shopping more human and adds a personal touch is a must in our book.
If you mark it shipped on your paypal it sends them an e-mail that it's been shipped ! You can also add a delivery confirmation number so they can track it if they wish : )
