Digital Downloads...

Is it possible to offer digital downloads? Example: Album. Its a category for products, but I don't see that it is possible to offer...

    There's currently not a way to deliver digital downloads through Storenvy. But it's something we plan to add in the future.

    We plan to offer Digital Downloads of our forthcoming CD, but seeing as there isn't a built-in option, I was wondering what kind of information we get from the purchaser when they are placing an order. If we get their email address it would be possible to email them download instructions.

    I'm curious to know any ways around the current limitations.

    Yeah, you will definitely get their email address. Of course, if they put in the wrong email or there's a typo, it may cause a headache. But yeah, you could just email them after the fact.

    I can't give an exact date at this point. We're actually working hard to expand our team right now so we can start rolling out features a lot faster for you guys.
