aghhhh!!

You have to take it out of maintenance mode. it can be found by going to the tabs and click "settings" then on the left you'll see the maintenance mode, just click "off" and you should see your store.

If it is a item you want to see make sure you click the "active" button have it show up in your store.

I do not know for sure, but I think you have to have product for your store to show up. I see that you have a store but next to the button it say you have not uploaded any product yet.

I am new here as well so maybe a admin will come by and help.

Im so confused.. I guess I need to contact admin because I see the products but I cant find them when looking for them.. yikes...

this has been happening to me too! I have a load of products that don't seem to appear in the storenvy seach engine? Even though i know I've tagged them properly, they are not "hidden" and the keywords are also in the product title and description!?

ok i figured it out. i had the variants under one product. after adjusting that i can now see the products and they are not showing sold out. does anyone know how i can change my profile pic?

do you mean profile pic that appears on the sidebar? in your store admin there should be a tab along the top that says settings. scroll down a bit and you should be able to change it from there. make sure to scroll to the bottom and hit save!
