Free Shipping

CaseyRDoodle posted May 04, 2012 19:55

How do I change my customer order form to remove shipping costs? My products include shipping, but my first customer was charged for it. I don't want any shipping costs charged to my customers.

    Hey Casey,

You can do that one of two ways. Set up a free shipping class under settings > shipping rates OR sign up for "Super Discounts" and offer a free shipping coupon code.

Its probably easiest to just set up a free shipping class and apply it to everything :3 I did in case I need it.

Thanks a lot! I'm also trying to figure out where I can put the price for ten or more. My bags are $5.50 each, or $5 each for ten or more...any idea how I might be able to do that?

You may want to just set up one listing for individual bags priced at $5.50 each, and then set up another listing for a group of ten bags for $50. Maybe offer the option to mix and match designs, so customers could tell you which ones they want in a note at the time of check out? I imagine that would be the easiest way to do that.

That's a great idea, fishaboo. I'll try that. Thanks!
