Can't change store colors

For some reason when I go to my storefront from my admin page the color boxes are not there. Does anyone else have this problem? It isn't like that in my other stores just http://yesterdayandtoday.storenvy.com.

    Now it's there - I must have grimlins in my computer.

    Mine shows up but I'm not able to move them. Its been like this for about two days.
