Changes in store colors not registering in the store

I'm trying to update my store layout and the coding and the style color boxes show that I've made the changes and hold the save, but when I go to my store; Everything is still in the previous colors.

I have checked on other computers to be sure that it wasn't just a problem on my end, but it is shown the same results.

I HAVE been able to edit other things like the background URL or other coding, but my colors just don't seem to be working.

Is anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it?
I would like to update my layout asap.

    try reloading your page. Sometimes that helps.

    That's not the problem.

    I've checked the page on other computers and it's showing the same colors as they previously were.

    Ok, some times I know when you reload the page the new updates show. Maybe you should send an email to the site administer and see if there is a glitch.
