Customer sent money, but no order on Storenvy? (ADAM?)

Hiya,

I just made a sale of $10.00, but it's not showing up on my storenvy orders? Whats happened here?

    It doesn't go in orders right away.
    I can't remember how long exactly, but I saw a forum thread here awhile ago about how terribly slow it is.
    I wouldn't know as I seem to make all of my sales everywhere but here!

    Still no order, and no response to email? Do you think I should just send the money back or hold out for a response?

    hold out for response is a good option. If still no response in 5 to 7 days, then give them final notice and then send the money back.
