New Store? Taxes, Paypal, Lots of questions!!

Hello,

I'm rather new to this online business deal and I just had a couple of questions.

I had set up a paypal account and I want to link it to this page (I'm sure I can figure this out on my own)
How do I file for taxes on items? I don't expect to make that much and other people I have asked say that they don't file taxes on items if they make below a certain amount. Is there a minimum or maximum?

Any help will be appreciated!!

    Visit IRS.gov and your state, City and country websites and look at their small business resources to see what taxes, licenses and permits you need to have.
