Order Alert Email Notification!

Dear Storenvy,

Is there away for you guys to send us(Seller) an order alert via Email notification? I haven't been active on here as i never make any sells since i open the store in February 2012. And just today i log-in after being advise by Paypal right before i'm about to refund some payment from unknown transaction which turn out someone purchase one of my item listed here on 6/11/2012 but unfortunately the item was Sold on 6/7/2012 at my other online listing. I have a few online store selling exact same item and since i have not been active on here i fail to update the status of my listing. I cant stop feeling sorry of losing my very first valued customer! So please Storenvy do something please help us be Allert when order are coming in!

    Hi there!

    So sorry to hear about the confusion. You should be receiving email notifications from us every time an order is placed. Please make sure to check your SPAM file to see if it accidentally got stuck there.

    I always get email notifications, so like Adam said, be sure to check the spam folder, and check in the settings to make sure your email address is up to date. :)

    I get no notifications either :-( nothing in my spam.

    sometimes i get them, sometimes not, but paypal always alerts me in case i don't

    You should be getting all of the notifications!

    I'll have our engineers look into this and see if we can find anything.

    Ok. I have an order pending. is that why I h aven't gotten any alerts...?

    Hi SocialiteHair, we do not send out order notifications until the order is completed. When an order is pending that transaction there is still a chance that it could fail, so we do not inform you until it has been confirmed.

    Laronje, we did have a small hiccup a few days ago, that may have caused an issue with some notification emails. Please do let us know if you have this problem again.

    To be honest, for my last two orders I did NOT get emails either like usual. Kinda odd. I'll wait for another order and see if it does it again.

    Please do let us know as everyone should get order notifications for every order that is placed.

    I have always received an email notification from Storenvy when there was a completed sale - until this morning.

    Paypal sent notification of funds received, and when I checked my dashboard and my orders, the order was there and listed as "Open".

    Spam email folder is clear.

    Thought I'd let you know.

    Same here! Since this morning I've gotten only my Paypal notifications but none from Storenvy- never happened before

    Hi. I orden some clothes like a month ago and i only receive a half of them what you are gonna do am gonna get my money back or the clothes
