I'm design retarded

Hi, I need help designing my store! I am web-illiterate - where can I get help in doing this? I saw a site I'd like to be similar to mine if that helps - thanks to anyone that can help me figure this out!

    Wow, lol...I am too! I had such a time trying to change my store. The additions of the items are simple. However, the template situation is a whole other deal!

    I finally decided to get creative when creating my store last month and made my own background!

    @linzlovesyou - Not trying to step on Jon's toes by responding to this (i'm pretty sure he doesn't frequent here that much, might try shooting him an email) - but we do a ton of storenvy customization if you'd like to shoot me an email for some pricing.
