These are custom made to order and with my current custom schedule take 4-6 weeks for their creation prior to shipping. If you need your crown sooner, please email me or include a note with your order and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes if at all possible :)
If we can accommodate your earlier timeframe, there will be a $25 rush fee. If you do not wish to pay the fee, we cannot guarantee your item will reach you by the requested time.
Each crown/tiara is entirely handcrafted, using the highest quality floral materials. I hand-glitter each branch individually in resin 'crystals' (These are not real crystal, the cost of which would be prohibitive :). The glittered branches are then attached to the flexible base ( which is hand-wrapped in satin ribbon --either cream, silver or light blue) with jewelers silicon adhesive for durability during wear.
Each crown is one of a kind, so there are slight variations to each that we think add charm and uniqueness to your piece :)
SPECIAL NOTE: Our Snow Queen Crown is very beautiful and has been used for many weddings and professional photo shoots. We create costuming, and these are high quality costume crowns. We do not use real gems, precious metal or real crystals in their construction. We do use high quality bridal floral supplies.
Each of my snow queen crowns are one of a kind and take between 6-10 working hours to create. These are truly a labor of love and I hope you appreciate their special quality. Each one is unique and will be similar to, but may vary slightly, from the photos, depending upon current availability of particular supplies.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most already finished (not custom)domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days (mon.-fri., excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.Custom and International orders may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
How long does the creation of my custom order take?
This is variable. Please allow 12-20 weeks creation time for your order, depending on size and time of year. My current order pad also affects timeframe.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is in the queue and cannot be cancelled
Do you give cash refunds?
Due to the custom handmade nature of my work, I do not give cash refunds. But I do stand behind my work and want you to love your item ❤️. If you do not love it, you may return within 30 days for a replacement (as long as you alert me of doing so within 48 hours of receipt) or, store credit in the full amount of your purchase. This does not expire and is good towards a new custom order or any other item in the shop
What if I a specific have a deadline I need my order by?
If you have a specific deadline, you must let me know at time of ordering. If I can meet your deadline, I will confirm with you (there is a $50 fee for deadline/rush order requests)
Can I request an item I do not see in your shop but would like made?
Yes! I love collaborating with my customers ❤️
What happens if my item is damaged or lost in shipping?
Once an item is handed over to the shipper, it is quite literally out of my hands.
I package my items well and have tracking available on all orders. If your item is lost or damaged in shipment, please contact me with the pertinent info and I will issue a replacement or store credit in the amount of your purchase toward another item
