FAQs & Polices

What products are in your store?

All products are made from my various fan art and other original works which I promote on my media handles. Prints, keychains, pins and stickers are currently available; lanyards, and buttons will be available in mid to Fall 2022.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

International orders are very welcome. Please be aware your country's shipping rates and handling which will be added to the total. It's recommended that you order several items to save money. Any items lost during shipment are not the store's responsibility, but feel free to send an email if you would like to negotiate.

Do you do any other type of shipping methods?

At the moment, First Class domestic and international are the default shipping methods. Please send an email BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER if you would like Express or 2-day shipping. Rates may vary depending on location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are sent out in batches every other Wed and Friday. Any order placed on the weekend will have to wait until the next week to be sent. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. A tracking number may not always be supplied.

I want to use PayPal to place an order.

PayPal is now available on checkout thanks to everyone's support and the influx of orders. Feel free to use either option that you prefer.

Can you make keychains/stickers of X?

I can't make every specific request just because one or two people want it. I make orders of items based on what I think would sell or can afford at that time.
