Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 7 weeks.
Do you allow local pick ups?
Yes we do, I have pickup locations in Queens and Long Island if you live in the area to save you shipping fees. Email [email protected] for pick up orders.
What are the housing/ conditions of Pre-Loved items?
All pre-loved items come from ONLY one previous 'little' owner. ALL items are from a smoke and pet-free environment, housed in proper temperature. No items come from storage.
The conditions of the pre-loved items are described in the 'Description' section.
Items that are 'pre-loved' have been gently used and have no tears or stains, (unless specifically stated )
If a pre-loved item has fading due to wash it will say so in the description.
*PRE-LOVED baby & newborn items were basin washed using ONLY Dreft baby detergent.
Toddler & Children clothing have been washed in a private home washing machine using only Dreft Baby Detergent.
NO fabric softener or sheets were using in drying used items

Babies don't stay babies forever, Why spend a fortune on items that they will quickly grow out, or grow tired of?
Buying resale is no different than the long accepted practice of buying vintage, antiques, used cars and boats. Even though the new clothes you purchase have not been previously owned, they usually have been previously tried on . . . not much difference when you think about it. It's also no different than staying in a fine hotel where, after all, you sleep on used bedding. In fact, buying resale might mean you can afford to have that lovely weekend away.
What are the conditions of New Items?
They are just that... NEW , never used or worn and with original tags. Some items (Please read descriptions) are New WITHOUT tags and never worn or used.
What are acronyms NWT, NWO, PL, NIB ?
NWT : New with tags (New, never worn or used)
NWO: New without tags (New, never worn or used)
PL: Pre-Loved (gently used items) - see 'CONDITIONS OF PRE-LOVED'
NIB: New in it's original box (New, never worn or used)
