How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Is there a size chart?

There is but until Storenvy gives a bit more control to the store designers it would be easiest for you to contact me for sizing inquiries! Please feel free to do so! Also please note that all measurements are taken when the garment is laid flat so when in doubt, size up!

My item is too long/too short!

I'm really sorry about that! I currently only have what my provider gives me as photos to work with so there may be some variation in lengths! I try to allow some length in the design for hemming for longer garments (I am rather short so I feel your pain) but I know it can be frustrating all the same. As soon as my faerie models get their items and photos to me I can start uploading proper images with their height and size if they permit me so you can get a better idea of how it will fit.

What are your items made out of?

Most products are made of polyester and spandex
⋆T-shirts, select crop tops, pants, and racerback dresses are made with cotton
⋆Phone cases are made with vegan leather and plastic
⋆Hair ties are made with elastic, cotton, and polyester

Why is shipping so expensive????

Shipping costs are as they are for optimal speed and protection

To better control quality, starting Monday, the 15th of January, all packages will be routed through our main store. This means that there may be some delay and a slight increase in price but it also means that each item will be properly inspected and sent back for immediate fixing if something is wrong. We hope this change will better suit all of you!

How do I take care of my clothes?

Please only hand wash your items in cold water with like colors to maintain quality

My item arrived damaged! Help me!

If you have a problem with your item PLEASE CONTACT ME within 30 days! The manufacturer's warranty expires in that time frame and I only get a percentage of what you paid so I cannot give you a refund or new item if you don't contact me!

Please note: the return policy ONLY COVERS damaged items! Examine the size chart and fabric information carefully.

Do you do custom??

I can do minor customizations on some items (for example, if you like a dress pattern but would prefer it to have sleeves or you'd rather have a longer skirt on some designs I can provide this). Feel free to ask!
