-Custom Samba orders may take a little longer than 3 weeks depending on how quickly we can receive the frames

Due Dates for Orders
If you need your item by a certain date please email me at ([email protected]) to confirm whether the item can be done in time. Processing time varies and is currently based on when items are due for my clients. If you do not confirm your due date prior to placing your order I can not guarantee that you will receive it in time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes roughly 1-8 weeks depending on what items have been ordered and time of year. Processing time will now depend on the date you need your items so make sure to contact me or add your due date when you place your order.
Any items due with in a 2 week time frame may need to be placed with the rush order fee item and confirmed with us before hand. Shipping upgrade may also need to be applied depending on how busy I get at that time for express shipping. Thank you!
All ready to ship items will ship out 1-3 days after purchase. Each package is shipped using USPS or UPS. Upgraded express shipping is available at https://lamourleallure.com/products/shipping-upgrade
Samba orders with any type of metal frame bra take 1+ Months to create due to frame development, please order ahead of time.
**If the due date you need your order by was not confirmed with us before you placed the order please do not expect it to arrive by that day**
**Based on busy season and specific holidays the processing time is not guaranteed, during Halloween and festival season please order ahead of time since some orders may take over 8 weeks due to high volume of orders**
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full before they can be shipped out.
Payment plans and deposits are welcome! This allows your order to be started ahead of time but remember it must be completely paid off before it can be shipped out.
Any Payment Plans or Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE so make sure to complete them to receive your items.

Shipping Policy
All items are shipped using either USPS or UPS. I will ship to the address you chose at check out, no address changes can be made once the item is purchased due to security reasons. Please make sure that the address you enter is correct. If there are any delays during the processing time I will contact you immediately. (Please read the processing times before purchasing)
Once your package has been shipping, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, delay or anything else that may occur during shipment. Phone number is mandatory for all orders so the shipping companies can reach you in case any problems occur while your item(s) are in transit.
Shipping prices vary based on size and weight of package as well as the location it is being sent to.
Tariffs and Custom Fees
We are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Tariff Fees after shipment.
Refund Policy
All items are Final Sale.
If you place a custom order or purchase a made to order item you will not receive a refund once materials are ordered, the item is started or already finished. Reason for this is because I do have to use certain materials for each item and it takes time to sell these premade items due to custom sizing of each item. (partial refund may be offered if something happens on our end)
Also, all items that are already shipped out will not receive a refund unless sent back the day of or the day after it has been received by the buyer in original packaging and with tag still attached due to the fact that it could have possibly been worn, this will also only be a partial refund due to materials so please make sure to only purchase items you want to keep and not lose money on.
Refunds will be denied on all items returned after 1 day of buyer holding package, this means i will check the date on package once i receive it so please know if you are late you will not receive your refund.

All items can be semi changed with different detailing or color per your request.
