How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 2-3 days to process once the order is made and payment received .Then, orders are shipped daily during the work week, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on the weekend or holidays. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks depending on the destination. All custom taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer. Always expect and plan for delivery delays during the holiday seasons.
If your order is a special request or made to order item, please allow me two weeks to make the order and concur with you if necessary. There are no refunds on special orders. Some may require a deposit before any design work is started.
If your order is a preorder item , please allow me a complete work week to create the item and the usual processing days before shipping.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Please store your jewelry in a clear plastic bag (often supplied by me in your delivery shipment) inside a jewelry box or container. This keeps it dry, free from dust, and prevents premature tarnishing of all metal jewelry. If or when tarnishing does occur, use the proper jewelry cleaner and cleaning method to restore jewelry.
Tarnishing is natural to some degree on all jewelry, costume and fine. It is not grounds for exchange or redesign. If properly cared for, most pieces will last for years. I've even treated some items to prevent and delay tarnishing.
In addition, please do not wear jewelry in the tub, shower, pool, sauna, etc. Perfumes and some facial acne washes can also have damaging effects on jewelry. By following these recommendations your jewelry will last for years. It will stay beautiful and you too!
