How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if I am local and would like to pick up my order?
If you are local and would like to pick up your order, please contact Sweet Shea Lips through the contact page. Please include your order in the message. You will receive an invoice shortly! You will not be charged a shipping fee if you are available to meet me or pick up your order.
What if I don't see the color or shade that I am looking for?
If there is a color that you would really like that I don't have in my store, please contact me. I LOVE a challenge and I might be able to make something special just for you!
How do I get my free Lip Balm?
If you order qualifies (purchase of 3 or more lipsticks) I'll throw it in your bag! Let me know in the notes if you would like the original or the shimmer!
