Your Pack Shipment:
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order has shipped, Rillest is not responsible for the item(s). There are no refunds for lost, stolen, or broken items once the order has shipped.

Shipping Address:
Note that it is your responsibility to ensure the right shipping address is provided. Should a package be returned due to unknown addressee/address, refused, not called for, or address incomplete/ wrong we will have to charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send.

Order Update Emails and Spam:

If you do not do this there is a chance your spam filter will catch our mails and you will not get important information on your order.
