This is a scattered Teal HOLO Silver/Gray Canceling Topcoat
This is a holo topcoat for those who have sat and wished that holo topcoats could be stunning with less graying or silvery tones over their favorite pastels creams and brights! This little dandy comes in 7 tints Shock Pink, Black, Pink, Blue, Green and Yellow, and Purple. It is very sheer shown here with only 1 thin coat. It dries fast and loses nothing with layers or high gloss topcoats over it. And looks amazing over classic french or radical color french tips as well! Applies smooth and has flashy scattered and softer linear holo effects in a single coat!
