Q: Will this phone case protect my screen?
A: The phone cases have screen protection; the case edges come out a couple millimeters past the edges of the screen, preventing from the phone being dropped directly on the screen. However, tempered glass screen protectors are always recommended.

Q: My phone case has a bubble upon arrival, what do I do?
A: Liquid phone cases can be prone to leakage/bubbles within the liquid. If your case arrives with a bubble, here are some tips: Sometimes bubbles are produced by heat (ex. was your case shipped in the summer?). Putting the phone case within a cool area for a few days can significantly diminish the bubble or even get rid of it completely. (Ex: The fridge!)

Q: My phone case has begun leaking, can I have a new one?
A: If your phone case has a significant leak and/or damage upon arrival, then please check the return policy.

Q: Is the liquid toxic or going to burn if I come in contact with it?!
A: No, the liquid is non-toxic mineral oil. However if there is a significant leak, it is recommended to stop the usage of the case per the buyer's discretion.
