HELL s/t special edition( yes, the Peasant edition that was the pre order ONE PER CUSTOMER-NO RETURNS)shipping. ATTN Euro buyers, the shipping is $26.00 ,not $20.00. Matte finish cover, featuring the signature red,and black Doré art that has adorned previous HELL releases. The Special edition includes a poster of the original art work by Blial Cabal,insert ,and 180 gram red smoke vinyl. Pressing limitation of 323,sadly 98 were damaged in transit. All Presenta pre order for HELL ONLY will ship via GreySun soon! I am waiting On the complete shipping list and the HELL records will ship. After the pre orders have shipped, the remaining copies will be made available to those that want them, on this site. GreySun, at this point in time is only handling the HELL release. I have NO information regarding the other pre orders(that will ship, eventually),please do not contact me in regards to the 4 way split,Fauna,or to complain, I realize that this has taken much longer than anyone anticipated, and I have zero information regarding the other releases anyway. Those that have moved, and are worried about an address update, please feel free to send your info to [email protected], in the subject field "HELL ST CHANGE OF ADDRESS". This is the only place that I will post updates for the HELL st record. ALL Hell peasanta pre orders have all shipped. I have a few return to senders here. As of Nov 1st I will not be responsible for the retuned shipping costs of the HELL PESANTA pre orders. I am no longer paying out of my own pocket to re send returned vinyl for this release.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, if you want insurance and registration you have to pay for it. Once I hand the packages over to the post office , I am no longer responsible for it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. GreySun is not my full-time job. I do my best to get all orders out in a reasonable time. I know that the internet gives some people this false idea that everything is instant and the minute an order is placed, I see it and fufill it. Thats not real life. I do my best to make sure everyone is happy. With that being said, all orders are fulfilled and will ship in 2-14 days after payments are received.

What if my order is delayed?

Contact GreySun via e mail before running to paypal. The e mail address is listed in several location on the site. I answer and save incoming e mails.

Wholesale?

GreySun releases(normally) number 100 tapes or less making wholesale difficult, please contact me via [email protected]

Can I buy multiple copies?

I normally limit the number to one tape per customer. I have seen "my" tapes being sold on e bay and discogs for as high as $5.00 to $25.00 more than the asking price while they are still for sale with GreySun. So, at this point ,no.

My package was damaged by the Post office, can I get an exchange?

I pack each order myself and make sure that tapes are wrapped and lps are not able to slide around in the mailers. That being said, probably not(but take photos of the mailer and the damage nothing is ever written in stone). all records ship media mail,I have no control over how the post office treats an item after I ship it. I have gotten my share of damaged item in the mail and Its a rarity for me to contact the seller asking for an exchange or a new one.
