How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

COVID-19 SHIPPING: Due to the ongoing pandemic, orders are extremely delayed and shipping may take 7-25 business days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Kaleo Authentic items are custom made.

Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.
