Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely!
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from purchasing.
Once shipped, orders within Australia can take on average 1-2 weeks to arrive, but due to COVID-19 it can now take up to 4 weeks to receive your charms.
Tracked international orders may take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your local delivery service.
Untracked international orders can take up to 3 months to arrive.
Why are prices in USD? (for Australian buyers)
Currently, Storenvy only accepts USD, which means all my charms (and shipping prices) have to be listed in USD.
However, they plan to expand this to include other currencies in the (hopefully near) future.
Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately I don't!
If a charm you like has sold out, I am unable to remake it due to being busy with school/life ? Once a charm has sold out it is unlikely that I will be making the same charm again, sorry! ??
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I sure do! My shop is based in Victoria, Australia :)
International shipping prices
Sorry about the prices for international shipping, there's nothing I can do to lower the prices at this stage due to Covid-19 ?
Parcels that are normally sent as "Economy Air" now have to be sent as "Standard" (which includes tracking), due to Australia Post permanently ending the Economy Air service.
If you live in a country which does not have a shipping rate set up, please contact me and I will calculate shipping for you ?
