When ordering a dress online, you're right to pay close attention to size chart! Checking the actual measurements in our size chart and comparing them to your own measurements before placing your order is the best way to avoid size errors.If you're ordering a custom-sized dress, it's especially important to get your measurements exactly right. Getting professionally measured is the most reliable way to ensure the final product reaches you perfectly tailored. Be sure to check out our measuring guide.If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Cancellations Policy

1.Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

2.Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.(65% refund if order is free shipping)

3.Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.(35% refund if order is free shipping)

4.Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.(20% refund if order is free shipping)

5.Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2.This dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only!
3.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
4.Please note that our items are hand-made, and they cannot be 100% exactly like the items in the photos. Just like hand painted pictures, painting the same image twice can never be exactly the same. Each listing is for making you an item which is about 95% like the item in the photos we have provided. Thanks for your kindly understanding.

How Can you make sure dress will be fit well?

Our dresses run true to size, if dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well.
For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''.
Don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3'' taken in or out if measurement is not accurate.
There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

We will accept returns if there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. And we do not accept return for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell it again even they are returned.

Please carefully follow our guide:

1.Please make sure all items must be returned in their original condition(unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, no perfume).

2.For Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

3.For standard size dress in picture color, since the return shipping would be too expensive, we highly suggest you choose size carefully. Please double check our size chart and order the correct size. We can help you to choose size if you contact us.

How To Return & Refund

1.Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your items. If your return is accepted, please send your item(s) using local post within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation from us. As for the return shipping cost (except Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item), you had to pay for it by yourself.

2.When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.

3.Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
