Raven Skull 3" Iron-On Patch

Iron-on, dye sublimation patch (image is printed, not embroidered). Design is approximately 3"x2.5" Due to the shape of this design, we highly recommend sewing it down, as the pointed edges can peel easily. Colours may vary by screen. Cotton and denim are the best for iron-on patches. **Do NOT apply on rayon, nylon, triacetate fabrics or waterproof fabric, leather, woolen (or knitted apparel), silk, GORE-TEX, down coats and rain jackets** Be very careful with polyester as not all polyester fabrics are suitable to iron patches. Base layers, swimsuits are not suitable, but T-shirts, Polo shirts are fine. If you are worried, you can still sew on patches. Using an iron: 1. Pre-heat the iron to "cotton" or 150 °C (302 °F) for 5 minutes. Do NOT use steam. 2. Put the patch on the surface of the garment with the embroidery face up. 3. Cover the patch with a piece of thin cotton, something that will not transfer colour from dyes. Press the iron firmly for 15-20 seconds. Do NOT move back and forth. 4. Wait until it is completely cool, then check if it is secure. If not, iron again. 5. Flip the garment and repeat step 3 and 4 6. Highly recommend sewing around the edges to help secure the patch. Using a heat seal machine: 150 °C (302 °F) for 20 seconds OR 170° C (338°F) for 15 seconds with medium pressure. Same above steps 4 to 6. Washing: Before washing, please flip the garment inside out so the patch is inside the garment. This will protect the patch from falling off and discoloring.
