FAQs & Polices

Why can't you sell x, y, or z?

Mostly due to to copyrighting, we're unable to create any homages to anything Disney, Firefly/Serenity or Star Wars unless we can figure out a way to bypass what the item is called.

Sadly, too many "creators" have been sought after with Cease and Desist orders - this makes it incredibly hard to knit, crochet or sew anything licensed without prior permisson. Quantity laws go into effect for such items as well - that's why we LOVE custom orders!

What if I like something that's not comics, TV or horror?

Challenge accepted! We love new ideas and definitely want to welcome anyone with a passion...even if it's not technically a fandom. Bring it on.

*New as of 5/27/2020* This also applies to face masks - if you see a fabric you can't live without (eesh, sorry about the ill-timed pun), please shoot us a message on our Facebook messenger and we'll try our best to locate it. We love Spoonflower, Joann, Michael's and have a few friends on Etsy that we shop with!

Do you travel for conventions? Which ones?

Great question! We've been a fan of Monster-Mania Convention - located in Cherry Hill, NJ and in the fall, Hunt Valley, MD.

Pending current national situation, we'd love to resume attending conventions and testing our water legs in Gettysburg, Philadelphia and in the future, Texas!

If you are a business, vendor, or convention and would like to include us (not for free, of course!), please don't hesitate to contact us - we're always looking and scouting out new options, no matter how small or big!

What's up with the handling fee?

The fee is something Storenvy charges to keep posting items free for sellers and to keep the website running. Sadly, we're not able to bypass this on shipped or local pickup and delivery orders.

What if my face mask doesn't fit?

There are many simple solutions to fittings - the monkey links we send with every order help alleviate the elastic rubbing on your ears if they are needed for extensive wear. Our masks are average fit for adults - if you need a child-sized or special needs mask, we're happy to accommodate. Just shoot us a note on our Facebook messenger and ask what fabrics we have available!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Just ask us to invoice you for a separate listing so that we both can make sure customs claims are correct.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
