Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Not currently.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A chunk of our products are made to order. Processing time can take 2-3 days. From there it gets shipped and it could be another 5-7 business days before it arrives. Tracking numbers are provided, we typically ship via USPS.
I’m not seeing a shirt in my size, will it ever be available?
Yes and no! We will accommodate all sizes and styles, but depending on the popularity of certain sizes or styles (like long sleeve on a shirt that’s only offered in short sleeve), it may not be a permanent option on our shirts. If you would like to request a certain size or style, just add it to your order notes and we’ll be happy to make it for you!
My item does not look like the photo, can I return or exchange it?
No, returns and exchanges only happen on defective items. Because all of our items are handmade, there will be variations. Shirt graphics may look different depending on size of shirt (though we do try to keep it proportional). Dice may have varying looks depending on the pour of resin. Etc.
