How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping is done during business hours, shipments are also processed on Saturdays for orders confirmed until 11am (subject to availability of logistics agencies and technical problems that may arise).

1. International Shipping Products
1.1 Purchasing Policy
Some products marketed by InnTee are shipped directly from our suppliers outside the EU to the address indicated at the time of purchase, delivery takes on average 5 to 10 working days or 15 to 30 working days (after purchase) depending on the location, with a shipping time of 24 to 72 hours after confirmation of payment.
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain, Latvia or USA and have an estimated delivery for the Iberian peninsula of 3-5 working days and 5-10, 10-20, or 15-30 working days for the rest of the world.
Please note: In some cases, this deadline may last a few days longer due to delays, strikes, festive periods, etc., situations that are out of our control.
If the product is not delivered within 60 working days after dispatch, the amount will be 100% refunded and you can still keep the product.
