How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are usually processed within 96 hours (4 business days; which fall between Monday to Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays. Please note that the shipping method does not impact the handling time of orders, meaning orders using Express shipping will not receive priority treatment or faster handling time. Once your order is on the way, we will let you know via email.

How long will shipping take?

We’ll send through EMS, it will arrive in 5 to 10 days after shipment. (Contact us if you need DHL or FedEx shipping).
