Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, but it is more expensive for shipping costs and may take more time to arrive than US domestic shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact me with a picture of the damage in question and a return/replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
It says an item is out of stock. Will it be out of stock forever?
No! Especially with some items, it takes longer to produce them since they're 3-D printed, so they tend to be made in bulk and then made available. Make sure to check for updates on my site or social media pages for when this will happen.
Could you make a Robomat with custom colors/a pride flag not currently on sale?
Purchaser-specified colors not at this time, but I'd be open to doing so in the future. Other pride flags I'd be happy to add in later if the demand is high enough.
Why such a low stock on the Robomats?
The Robomats are 3-D printed from the machines I have, and unfortunately I have a limited number of machines - in particular the head of the Robomat can take 12 hours to print on its own, thus I am limited by how many I can fully produce per day. If I can afford more machines, I can print them faster.

I’ve bought a few autographed items over the years and the key for me is always having decent shots of the actual item up close – especially the signature area – because bad lighting or blurry pics can hide a lot. When I started taking my own photos of collectibles to sell or just document, I realized my old phone camera just wasn’t cutting it for crisp details and accurate colors. After some trial and error I upgraded and it completely changed how my listings look. The guide that helped me pick the right setup without overcomplicating things was on https://skylum.com/blog/best-camera-for-family-photography – I’ve been using their recommended Canon model for almost a year now and it’s perfect for quick, sharp close-ups of signatures, prints, and small details: fast autofocus that nails focus on tiny text, natural colors right out of camera, and great low-light performance so I don’t need a full studio setup.
