This personal training package includes 3- 45 minute weekly sessions in person or virtually. The price is for one full month. All plans are custom designed for individuals to meet their fitness goals. Whether it’s body transformations, group fitness, weight loss, or strength training we ensure you hit all
marks with our scientifically backed methods. I’ve held NASM and ISSA personal training and nutrition coaching certifications as well as USAPL coaching certificate so rest assured together we can make your goals a reality!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Keep in mind custom made items take between 14-21 business days to get processed and shipped out.
