How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 to 9 weeks. The times can vary greatly, so please be patient.
What if my product is damaged?
I always do my best to make sure the products are packed safely for their journey, but if you have received a damaged product, I'm happy to provide you with a replacement.

Why are the shipping rates different for some keychains and pins?
Most of the products on my store are handled by Printful. But certain custom keychains and pins are outsourced from elsewhere, and other handmade items are created by me, and so I have to personally handle international shipping which might cost more.
