■ Hi! I'm a full-time working adult who buys alot of animanga merchandises due to my big love for them... And hence, overtime accumulated a 'million' rubber straps, acrylic charms, plushes, figurines, etc... that sat around in boxes untouched for a long time. So I decided to start this online store, hoping to sell them away, get back some money, and free up some space. All items are in a mix condition of unopened / opened but unused / used.

⟹ Payment Method

■ Paypal only.

⟹ Shipping Method (Registered Airmail with Tracking / Partial Tracking)

■ I use Singapore Post to ship all orders.
■ All shipping charges are based on Registered Airmail with Tracking (Partial Tracking for some countries).
What is Partial Tracking: My local post office tracks the parcel until it is dispatched to overseas. Upon reaching certain countries of destination, the tracking service may stop being supported by your country's postal service. I regret this is beyond my control.
■ For concerned buyers, before any order, it would be best if you check with your local post office if they provide full tracking for registered international airmail.

⟹ When will my order be shipped?

■ Items in stock will be shipped within 1 post-office-operating week upon your order verification (See above Q&A), unless otherwise stated.
■ Bulky orders, or orders with special packaging request may take longer, and customers will be adviced on this accordingly.

⟹ Custom Charges and Undervaluing.

■ Buyers are responsible for all charges (duties, taxes, etc.) incurred by their countries' customs. Should an order be returned to me due to unpaid custom charges, the order is not eligible for any refunds.
■ I regret I do not undervalue parcels.

⟹ Do you offer shipping without tracking?

■ I regret I do not want to take the risk, hence all items are shipped with tracking.

⟹ Why are shipping charges so expensive.

Shipping charges consist of:
-- Actual shipping cost
-- Registered article cost
-- Packing materials
-- Handling / Store operation cost
■ The pricing structure of the shipping rates of my local Post Office was hard for me to input into Storenvy shipping calculation to reflect the best final charge, especially for multiple-item orders.
■ Should you want to make a multiple-item order and find the final shipping charge ridiculous, please contact me for a solution.

⟹ How long will it take to receive my order?

■ International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks.
■ From experience, Singapore Post ships parcels to most countries within a week or two of receiving the parcel from me. Once it reaches the buyer's local post office, it highly depends on that post office's efficiency, which could take weeks or up to 2-3 months.
■ For concerned buyers, before any order, it would be best if you check with your local post office regarding their handling times for receiving registered international airmail.

⟹ How are the items packed for shipment?

■ Most merchandises that are small & light (straps, keyholders, clips, small plushes etc.), will be bubble-wrapped and packed in standard envelopes or polymailers.
■ Most merchandise boxes will be flattened..
■ If you have a special packing request, please contact me prior to ordering!
■ I do provide corrugated carton box packaging upon request, but do note the additional cost may be from USD$12 onwards due to the weight.

⟹ Can you ship using a courier service like EMS?

■ Yes, please contact me for a quote.
■ Additional costs may be from USD$70 onwards as I'm shipping as an individual and not a business entity, so cheaper corporate rates will not apply.

⟹ I did not receive my order. What can I do?

■ Check the item status with the tracking no. and post office link that I've provided via email upon shipment.
■ If the status is still "Further processing in process (XXXX POST OFFICE) in which XXXX refers to one of my neighbourhood post office, please contact me, and I will contact my post office for help.
■ If the status is "Despatched to overseas (Country code: XX) with XX being the customer's country, please contact your local post office. I regret it's already beyond my control, and under no circumstances would a full refund be applicable.
■ If the status is "Arrival Destination Post (Country code: XX) with XX being the buyer's country, it means the item has arrived at your local post office. Please contact them regarding the status of your parcel. Common misunderstanding: Arrival Destination Post does not mean arrival at buyer's postal address. It refers to arrival at buyer's local post office.
■ Do note that many countries' postal service do not update the tracking after item is despatched to overseas. Again, this is beyond my control. If you are concerned, please check with your local post office to see if they provide full tracking for registered international airmails prior to ordering.
■ If your local postal service does not support full tracking and is unresponsive to inquiries, I deeply regret I will not be able to help, and refunds would not be applicable as it is beyond my control.
■ If you have any problems, please contact me!

⟹ I have a problem with the order received.

For damaged orders: Please contact your local post office for a reimbursement. I regret the handling of the parcel in transit is beyond my control.
■ Buyers concerned with the packaging method are welcomed to contact me prior to ordering.
For incomplete order received, or wrong item received: Please do not throw away the item, or any part of the packaging (be it a piece of bubble wrap, plastic, or cardboard). Please contact me for a resolution.

⟹ My order is returned to seller.

■ Buyer will be contacted, and the returned order will be further handled depending the situation.
■ Should it be the result of a problem not caused by PINK SNOWY SUNSHINE, a full refund will not be applicable.

⟹ How are your mechandises stored at home?

■ All my merchandises in storage are kept in plastic and/or bubble-wrapped, in their respective boxes (if any) at my own home.
■ My house is smoke-free and pet-free.
■ Displayed items are only ever displayed in enclosed display cabinets, with gap sealings on glass doors that minimizes dust build-up.
