FAQs & Polices
How long will it take to receive my order?
Canada Post is our preferred carrier. Domestic orders and shipments to the United States will require 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Tracking is included with most orders.
International shipping delivery times will vary between 10 to 14 days. International Air is used for all international shipments but without tracking.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We ship to most world destinations. We do not send shipments into conflict zones.
Should I include my phone number or email address when placing an order?
Phone data charges may be applied when receiving updates on tracked packages. Include your email address to receive these updates but also include your phone number to receive notices from the final carrier if and when needed.
Will I receive a notice from Yip Stick Toys when shipped ?
For tracked shipments you will be notified by the courier when your package is processed at the Post Office. We will not contact you unless you send us a request through this website or our own domain. We do not store or share your personal information with anyone.
What if I can't make it work ?
We encourage all to follow the instruction sheet. All shipments include instructions. For those who need extra help please send us a message and we will gladly set up a video call to guide you through the technique.
