How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, and if it is pick up or local delivery.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Not at this time.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up or delivery?
An email, phone call, and text will be sent, be sure to include phone number, email, and an address for contact purposes.
If I am not satisfied with my product, what can I do?
Contact the store, communicate with personnel what it is that you are not satisfied with. It is up to the store if a compensation will be allowed. Full compensation will not be granted if there is any. You can receive up to half of the total price in compensation. If it was a last minute order, no compensation will be granted.
How much are sales tax?
The price you see are final prices.
How can I express the ideas I want with my order?
It is better to meet with the staff in person, or write out a well detailed email/ message of what it is that you are expecting to receive, this includes some of the following

How far in advance should I place my order for a party?
For small orders, give at least 2 weeks notice.
for large orders, please give 6 weeks notice at minimum
If I agree to pick up and can't pick up on that day can I get my money back?
No, you will receive the product in the condition in which it is in. Sweet Chelle's schedule pick up time and dates to assure product is at its quality best, once the customer agrees. Any damage due to weather and temperature that is out of the business control fall as upon that customer. Pick your product up the date that is confirmed to prevent any issues. We are not responsible for late or forgotten pick ups. A refund will not be issued and compensation and it's value is up to the store if there is any.
When are orders filled
For pick up orders, the day before confirmed dates to ensure quality.
What will happen if I don't pick up my order at the time and date agreed upon?
If you do not pick up your order when agreed upon, and fail to communicate, Sweet Chelle' s reserve the right to sell your order to another customer or discard of the product. A refund will not be given. If there is communication, we are not responsible for the presentation of the product, whereas the product is produced the day before it is supposed to be picked up to ensure quality presentation.
