Is your leather lead free?
All of our dyes are certified 100% Lead-Free and always have been. Our products meet all requirements of the German Goods Ordinance, REACH (European Union), RoSH (U.K.), and CPSIA (U.S.) which require consumer goods to be free of Lead, AZO’s and carcinogenic chemicals.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders placed before 1pm PST will ship same day via USPS first class mail. Packages usually arrive between 2 and 7 days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What is the difference between the Natural and Regular Dyes?
Our regular dyes use a 3 part process where the cord is coated in dye, heat sealed, re-dyed, heat sealed, then finish coated. This process gives the leather a more shiny finish than the natural dye.
Our Natural dyes are an absorbed dye where the cord is dipped in the dye, the cord absorbs the dye, and then the cord is heat sealed. This process allows the natural color of the cord to come through. All Natural dye colors present a "flat" color instead of a shiny finish.
