The heel is just over 3 inches high.
They're in mint condition, with just a few light rub marks on the uppers.
The soles look like they've only been worn once or twice.

Collect Plus Standard (UK) is a 2-3 day service.
Special Delivery (UK) is guaranteed next day before 1pm.
