How long will it take to receive my order?

Total time from ordering your hair to you receiving it is about 7 business days in some cases it will ship faster. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Shipped orders require a signature of confirmation that you received the product at the time of delivery. If no one is home the post office will leave a note to reschedule a delivery or to pick up the item at the post office and if package is not claimed it will be returned to sender.

Can this hair be permed or dyed?

Yes,this is 100% virgin hair and has never been processed.

Does this hair shed?

All hair sheds, if any other company advertises their product as "no shedding" then they are false advertising. This hair has minimal shedding and will shed more if weft is cut. If weft is cut then we recommend you seal the weft after cutting to reduce shedding.

What color is the hair?

Keep in mind this is virgin hair so the color is a natural black/brown like a 1B color but can be dyed to desired color.

What is virgin hair?

Hair that has not been processed (dyed, relaxed, permed,etc)

How many bundles will I need?

for lengths 12-16 ( 2 bundles)
for lengths 18-24 (3 bundles)
for lengths 26-40 (4 bundles)

If you like a fuller look then add additional bundles these are just the minimum needed for these lengths.

How much hair comes in each bundle?

About 3.5 ounces in each bundle

How long does the hair last?

Take good care of the hair and it will last more than 6 months. If you do not care for the hair it will not last long. Keep in mind you will get the same results as you would when caring for your natural hair. If you use a flat iron or curling iron everyday then you will damage and break your hair just as you would when using any heat products on your natural hair everyday. Some customers have stated they re-used the same hair for over a year.

What Lengths Are Available?

Hair ranges from 12-30inches in deep wave texture.
Body wave is available in 12-40 inches.

Yes, All hair is co-washed before being shipped and deep conditioned. If you do not want your hair co-washed before being shipped please leave a note when checking out.
